About Little Tide
Little Tide is an online store operated by DSJ Connect LLC ("Little Tide", "we", "us"). We sell children's floatsuits, poncho towels, swim goggles and related swim accessories. These terms apply to orders placed at thelittletide.com and to your use of our online store. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these terms.
Product safety and use
Little Tide floatsuits are swim aids designed to support supervised water play. They are not life-saving devices, do not prevent drowning and do not replace a life jacket or personal flotation device. Constant, close adult supervision within arm's reach is required whenever a child is in or near water.
Before use, check the size guide, weight range and fit requirements on the product page and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Age alone does not determine a suitable fit. Inspect the product before each use and stop using it if you notice damage to the buoyancy panels, seams, fabric or zipper. Swim goggles and poncho towels must also be used under adult supervision and according to their care instructions.
Product information
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product photographs are illustrative. Sizes, measurements and materials are described on each product page. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Promotions and discounts, such as multi-item offers, apply only under the conditions stated at the time of purchase and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Your payment provider may charge its own fees or apply currency conversion.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or product information errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
