Refund policy

Little Tide is operated by DSJ Connect LLC. This policy applies to orders placed at thelittletide.com.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, floatsuits and swimwear must not have been worn in water, and swim goggles must be returned unopened unless they are defective.

To start a return, email contact@thelittletide.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping required.

Safety notice: if you notice any damage to a floatsuit's buoyancy panels, seams or zipper, stop using it immediately and contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any consumer rights you have under the laws that apply to your purchase.
